A candle manufacturing factory in Mexico primarily produces container-type scented candles, exporting to the local retail market and neighboring countries. Previously, the client experienced several stability issues during production: slight oil seepage during high-temperature transportation, unstable flames during burning, and uneven fragrance release.
After introducing Junda Wax fully refined paraffin wax, the client replaced all the base paraffin wax in their original formula with our stable-specification product and conducted small-batch tests according to their existing factory processes.
The fully refined paraffin wax provided by Junda Wax exhibited better crystallization stability. After cooling, the wax surface was cleaner and smoother, with virtually no slight oiliness or surface haze common with the original material. The client reported that under the same molds and production conditions, wax demolding was smoother, the consistency of the finished product appearance was significantly improved, and subsequent rework rates were effectively reduced.
The high-temperature environment in Mexico and along the export routes previously caused the client's products to experience slight softening and surface oil seepage during container transportation. After using Junda Wax fully refined paraffin wax, the product demonstrated greater stability in high-temperature simulation tests, maintaining a good overall structure without significant deformation or oil seepage, and exhibiting significantly improved transport stability.
In combustion tests, candles produced using Junda Wax paraffin wax showed a more stable wax pool structure and a more uniform flame size, reducing fluctuations in flame size. Simultaneously, in scented candle applications, the fragrance release rhythm was more stable, with reduced differences in the initial, middle, and final stages, resulting in a more continuous and stable overall olfactory experience, better meeting end-consumer expectations for scented products.
One particularly noteworthy point from the customer was the high consistency of Junda Wax fully refined paraffin wax across different batches, reducing the frequency of parameter adjustments during mass production and mitigating the risk of production fluctuations. This is especially important for export-oriented candle factories, helping to stabilize product performance across different orders.
In the actual production application by this Mexican customer, Junda Wax fully refined paraffin wax demonstrated improvements in three main areas:
