Features
Medium purity: Wax of semi-refined paraffin has oil content ranging from 0.5% to 2% Color is less clearer than fully refined paraffin wax, off white or yellowish There are no odorous and smell.
Melting points: The general melting points file is 52-60 A C and that means you can find the excellent that should be relevant in direction of different use and sort of products.
Smooth surface paraffin: Semi-refined paraffin wax is easy to turn out of the most molds (it can keep it with you if you want when heated. No cracks or distortion appears upon cooling.
Good compatibility: In fact, it is compatible with most dyes and fragrances, and even can be mixed with other waxes (soy wax, beeswax, etc.).
Advantages
Cost-effective: It is less expensive than fully refined paraffin but with a constant quality therefore, it can be used in large-scale production to cut the cost.
Versatile: It can be applied to all products with less exacting purity needs, i.e. to normal candles, packaging finishes, rubber processing, waterproofing, etc.
High level of tolerance to production: No specifications are required on the processing equipment and technology and this implies that small and medium-sized manufacturers find it easy to begin their operation and sustain a constant production of the finished product.
Constant supply: With a mature supply chain, the company will be in a position to acquire high level of raw materials, and they will make sure their products supply will not be interrupted.

Candle Making
Best candles are normal (pillar, container, taper candles to use daily or use event). It is tolerant and burns low smoke and combines with simple dyes/ fragrances- perfect in mass production of low-price candles.
Packaging & Coating
This can be applied to paper, or cardboard or metal (e.g. food wrappers, candy tins). It is moisture proof and prevents products to spoil, and expensive is minimal because of the large scale packaging demands.
Rubber Processing
Plasticizer, lubricant in the rubber industry (tires, hoses, seals). It enhances rubber plastics flexibility, reduces the process friction and improves life cycle of products.
Waterproof Materials
Blended in asphalt, coatings or textile (e.g. waterproof fabrics, roof coatings). It makes it more water resistant and wearable and is normally used in construction and external products.
Other Industrial Uses
Used on leather (softening and protecting leather products) in the form of wax emulsions.
Applied as a release agent in metal or plastic casting.
Blended with cosmetics (e.g. basic lip balms, body creams) to acquire texture (low purity level products require)

Quality Inspection and Batch Control
Junda conducts rigorous quality inspections on each batch of paraffin wax during the production process, with a focus on monitoring key indicators such as melting point (58–60℃), oil content (≤0.5%), penetration (approximately 16–20 dmm), and color index. Each batch undergoes at least two quality inspection processes before leaving the factory, and can provide customers with a COA quality analysis report to ensure stable performance in candles and industrial applications.

Global Customer Application Experience
The paraffin products produced by Junda have been exported to 50+ countries and regions. Our customers include candle manufacturing factories, fragrance brands, and industrial material suppliers. The products are widely used in areas such as candle manufacturing, fragrance products, cosmetic raw materials, packaging protection, and industrial lubrication. Our long-term stable international supply experience enables us to provide stable specifications of paraffin products for different production needs.

4.Classification of paraffin wax
According to the refinement, it can be divided into three types: fully refined paraffin wax, semi-refined paraffin wax and crude paraffin wax. The first difference is oil content. Fully refined paraffin wax <0.5%. Semi-refined paraffin <2%. Crude wax ﹥2%.In addition to differences in oil content, they also have differences in color. The higher the oil content, the more yellow the color will be. But other aspects.
Fully refined paraffin wax is the most common materials for candle making.Semi refined Paraffin wax is not too much difference compare to Fully refined type .and it should be noted that Semi refined paraffin wax is particularly suitable which have the same police with Fully and Semi refined paraffin wax
.The oil content of coarse paraffin is relatively high, and the color of the product is darker. Due to the above reasons and some other reasons, it is relatively poor quality compared with fully refined paraffin with the same melting point. The arse paraffin with higher oil content has lower tensile strength and is soft and fragile. Have a good thermal stability, a certain toughness and contractility.
in fact, the current technology is very mature. The oil content of some semi-refined and coarse waxes can also be controlled in a very low range. So it can meet the different needs of different customers.
5.About the Melting point of paraffin wax.
Each type of paraffin wax is divided into different varieties according to the melting point, generally every 2°C, such as 52, 54,56, 58 and other grades. Junda able to provide 52-66° paraffin wax.
6.What is the HS code and CAS No. Of your Paraffin wax?
