High-pure grade paraffin is called fully refined paraffin wax which is a product of petroleum refining. It is subjected to intense processes such as distillation, solvent dewaxing, hydrofining and bleaching in order to clean it against impurities such as sulfur, aromatics and colourants. It is a high quality material with a long carbon chain of between C 22 and C 36 with a purity of above 99 and is therefore a high quality material in any industry, particularly in making candles.

Extraordinary Purity
It is a white and translucent solid that has a bright waxy gloss. The high purification procedure gets rid of the discoloring and odors, making the product almost odorless and tasteless. This purity guarantees its meeting of food contact, cosmetic and high end consumer goods standard.
Controlled Melting PointIts
Melting point is strictly controlled within the range of 50 o C to 62 o C. The small melting range is what makes the material exhibit uniform thermal characteristics- it can melt easily at high temperature and solidify at uniform thickness without cracking or bending.
High Chemical Stability
It is nearly 100 percent saturated straight-chain alkane; as a result, it is very chemically inert. It is resistant to oxidation, to interaction with acids, bases, or the majority of additives, and its properties are retained during the vast periods of storage (not stored at high temperatures and flames).
Smooth Texture and Moldability
Once solidified, it has a dense smooth texture, where it is less brittle. It is easy to melt, pour into any shape of mold and can be mixed with pigments or fragrances- fine details kept and the finish is even.
Low Oil Content
It contains oil content below 0.5% (which is way lower than semi-refined paraffin). This result in low oil content that prevents any "sweating" (oil leaking to the surface) as well as makes the wax stable to various environmental situations.

Cost-Effective & High-End Quality
Fully refined paraffin is a compromise between high-end synthetic waxes and natural waxes (e.g. beeswax, carnauba wax). It is also cheaper to mass-produce, and it provides equivalent results with more expensive products.

Advanced refining processes help in ensuring that there is minimum variation among production batches. Manufacturers are guaranteed of constant melting point, texture, and color, lowering the incidence of defects during production and also guaranteeing consistency in the production.
1. Dominated Application: Candle production.
Container Candles: It sticks to glass or ceramic and metal containers without contracting or crawling off the containers. Its easy melting makes it burn even and does not tunnel (incidence of uneven consumption of the wax).
Pillar Candles: It can hold its shape without collapsing because it is moderately hard (beefed up with 510 percent stearic acid). The little amount of oil does not allow the candle to sweat away so its appearance remains.
Taper Candles: It may be cast or pressed into fine long forms of very high structural integrity. It yields a stable flame when burnt and little dripping (particularly when mixed with stearic acid).
Decorative Candles: It is a perfect medium to use to decorate candles in color, fragrant or patterned because it can retain pigments and fragrances evenly. It may be combined with glitter, dried flowers or essential oils to make unique designs

Bright, Steady Flame: High level of combustion efficiency, the flame is bright with consistent and no smoke or soot (when it is correctly formulated using quality wick).Long Burn Time: The high density and slow melting rate is characterized by a long burn time of the candle, usually 20-30 per cent longer than paraffin candles of semi-refined paraffin or low-grade waxes.
Clean Burning: Its purity is high and thus removes smoke, odor or blackening of the wick or nearby surfaces.Easy Processing: It melts at low temperature (50-62C) and therefore less energy is required to make. It has a smooth flow, is totally filled in molds, and hardens fast enhancing manufacturing performance.
2. Others Industrial and Consumer Applications.
Cosmetics and Skincare: Cosmetics can be applied in lip balms and lotions, as well as paraffin therapy products. Its hydrating effect creates a gel coating on the skin that retains the moisture without being irritating.
Food Industry: Use as a food coating (e.g., to fruits, candy or cheese) as a protective measure against moisture loss and to increase the shelf life. It is food safe and non-toxic.
Packaging and Paper: Packaging is used as a waterproof film on the paper cups and food packaging as well as cardboard. It creates a humidity resistant coating that shields goods against moisture.
Electrical and Mechanical: Used as an electrical component insulating material of low voltage circuits and as a lubricant of mechanical components. It has a low friction and chemical stability thereby minimizing wear and making it safe to use.
